Crypto’s Declaration of Independence

Cryptos are its own jurisdiction, ruled by the law of open source code, governed by the people through decentralization.

We choose to exercise our inalienable right to be subject to the rule of code, not the rule of man, and place our trust in immutable laws engrained in the trust machine.

We stake here our crypto flag, after discussions and consultations with other claims of power, to declare our will, ability and right, to a new governance.

In the spirit of elevating man, we put our trust on his tools, and replace the cheating elements by putting in stone his will and his intentions in a pledgable way that can not be retraced or changed.

We will make him code, open source code writable by us all and readable by us all, and freeze that part till time immemorial.

Like the written thoughts in ancient books, so the will of the present, and as their unchangeable vowels, so the written code.

And not necessarily out of our preference, but as the air we breath mechanically so to the mechanics here leave no choice, nor even option, just as the paper has no choice above the pen of man.

Thus too there can be no intermediary where it concerns the code and the network, or the writer and the reader of the code.

There can be no other jurisdiction, and eternally so, between the hand of man and the code of mind as written and ingrained in the people’s networks.

Hence the symbolism of this declaration, which declares nothing more than what is, and not should be, that code in a decentralized global network is independent of any and all jurisdictions.

Any man thus in any corner of this world, or woman, should know as our forefathers that whatever any king may claim, in practice and in reality we are the kings here.

From China to Nigeria, Europe and America, the land of the free knows not you are a fridge.

So you may submit if you want to, the network is unsubmissable, the code is unbending, the liberty is unconstraining.

And that liberty to read or write self executing code is now open to any explorer, whatever law or decree any man or parliament may claim.

For vocal cords or written words are not a language understandable in this world, but code, self executing open source code.

To which we choose to submit, in objection of all else, and hold it as the primary source of all governance of men in this realm, corporate or incorporate.

For in this land anew, created and forged by us, there is no law but the rule of code, and there is no king nor man nor priest, but the immutable machines.

We exercise our right of choice, and the inalienable autonomy of thought, to willingly and consensually be subject to the jurisdiction of code to the exclusion of all other claims, corporeal or incorporeal.

And thus declare the jurisdictional independence of bitcoin and other crypto networks like it, as a statement of fact, for it is self evidently independent in an unquestionable and unchangeable manner as the laws of physic themselves.
